There is however a time after which the first dose's buildup (tolerance) is cleared, which is 3 days. Allowing Yayo only every third day is the "safest" you can get, as every intake will be considered first dose.

Yayo's gets kinda silly because it's generally patching every weapon it sees. It's super compatible but not pretty. In the options there's a magazine multiplier setting. Change it to something between 0 and 1 to lower their sizes.
